How E-CROPPR Works

E-CROPPR is a browser-based tool that processes all files locally on your device. When you upload a PDF file:

1. The file is read directly in your browser using JavaScript
2. All cropping and processing happens on your device
3. The processed file is downloaded directly to your device
4. No data is ever transmitted to our servers

Data We Do NOT Collect

• PDF files or any uploaded documents
• Customer names, addresses, or shipping information
• Order numbers, SKUs, or any order data
• Personal information or account credentials
• Usage patterns or processing history

Anonymous Analytics

We may collect basic, anonymous analytics to improve our service:

• Page views and general usage patterns (no personal data)
• Browser type and device information
• General location (country level only)

This data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual user or their files.

Third-Party Services

E-CROPPR does not use any third-party services that could access your files. All processing libraries run locally in your browser with no external communication.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any personal data or files, there's nothing for you to request or delete. You have complete control over your data because it never leaves your device.
